How do I create or update my account information?

To create an account please register with an email address, username, password, billing and shipping addresses. If you already have an account and wish to update your information click here to log in.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve this infomation?

To help protect the safety of your account, we cannot give your login information to you through email, chat or phone. However, you can reset your password and regain access to your account using our password recovery tool.

Order & Payment

How do I order?

Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Basket” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your payment information. 

How do I use a coupon code?

Enter the coupon code in your shopping bag before you click CHECKOUT. The discount or promotion will be reflected on your order.

How do I activate my store credits?
  • Products that are successfully returned to us will be credited to you through our Store Credits.
  • Store Credits can be found under “My Account“.
  • To repurchase, simply process the order as per usual.
  • At checkout, enter “Wallet Code” under the “Coupon Code“.
What are the payment modes?

We accept PayPal, VISA and MasterCard payment via Paypal. You don’t need a PayPal account for VISA and MasterCard payment.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

All orders purchased are shipped from Singapore to rest of the world.

What is my shipping cost?

Your shipping cost will be determined by the shipping options that will be reflected on your order page.

What are the requirements for Free Delivery?

Free courier delivery is limited to Singapore for purchases above $50.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Your orders are processed promptly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been confirmed.

What is the exchange policy?
  • Returns can be done within 14 working days after it is mailed out.
  • Returns/Exchange will not be entertained once it is past the stipulated date.
  • Please note that store credit will be given to you for your next purchase.
  • We apologise that we are unable to do refunds.
