Returns & Exchanges

Please do not remove nor discard packaging box and garment tags unless you are satisfied with the sizes / items.

Returns

  • All returns must be done within 14 days of purchase date.
  • Strictly no cash refunds, refunds will be made through store credits.
  • Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
  • Goods returned must be ‘As-New’ in original condition with box, packaging and garment tags intact.
  • They have only been tried on and not worn or washed.
  • Only items purchased from our e-store at www.superwoman.sg can be returned after satisfying the above conditions.
  • Return request will be reviewed by store owners before approval.
  • We will process your request within 7 working days once we receive the request from you.
  • Package should be returned after request has been approved.

Exchanges

  • Exchange is not available at our store. However, you can send back the products for a full refund through store credits and repurchase the product.
  • Products returned will be refunded in store credits under “My Account”.
  • Goods returned must be ‘As-New’ in original condition with box, packaging and garment tags intact.
  • They have only been tried on and not worn or washed.
  • Only items purchased from our e-store at www.superwoman.sg can be returned after satisfying the above conditions.

Cancellation/ Change of Orders

  • There will strictly be no cancellation or change of orders once an order has been confirmed.

For returns, click on “Orders” under the tab “My Account”:

  • Press the “Return” button next to your order.
  • Select the product to return and fill in the reasons for return.
  • Attach photo evidence and submit request.
  • Return request will be reviewed by store owners before approval.
  • We will process your request within 7 working days once we receive the request from you.
